Unsafe hospital separate me from my legal guardian which was quite distressing also had to wait 4 hours for a appointment and they’re vending machine steal money which is frankly best part of the experience Which isn’t saying much. Friendly hospital with good amenities, such as a WHSmith store, Costa coffee, and canteen style restaurant. Had no problem parking and department easy to find.

We have been with our daughter to Pediatric Assessment Unit and we had to stay in hospital for 3 days. Everyone was very nice to my daughter and tried to make her staying there as pleasant as they could. We are very grateful for their care.

Busy at times but really nice nurses/doctors/staff

All the staff we dealt with in treating my son were fantastic. Caring, communicative and helped us to feel safe and that encouraged us to get better more quickly. Thank you all.

Absolutely fantastic, went with my son twice within 4 weeks with a dislocated shoulder due to a rugby injury, from start to finish they were fantastic, all the staff were rushed off their feet but they always had a massive smile on their face, I can not thank them all enough for how they treated my son.
