BW Legal have repeatedly written to us pursuing a debt for SSE for a premises we have no connection to, located 250 miles away from us. This has been ongoing for almost 2 years. They refuse to stop.

Terrible service, unlawful behavior. Dismissive, unprofessional staff. Deliberate obstruction. Avoid BWLEGAL. Clients deserve better. Hold them accountable. Strongly advise seeking alternative legal services.

Similar experience as others. Penalty notice (private company) for dropping my dog to groomers and returning to collect him within 2 hours when grooming finished. Parked in designated parking. Was told there was a notice stating no return within 2 hours. Did not see any notice. No engagement from BW Legal. Pay or else!!

Very friendly staff and understanding . I would advise anyone a little fearful of speaking to bw legal not to worry they are on your side . I had missed a couple of payments over Christmas and was back on my feet with them in no time. They even offered a little more time before payments restarted thank you
