I recently switch my account to water2business, the process was really simple from start to finish. They kept me informed during the process and let me know when it had all been completed. Always get hold of someone when I call and the staff are always really friendly.
Water2 business has possibly got the best customer service I have come across. Each person that I have spoken to have been so helpful and they answer their phone promptly. No holding for what seems forever.
Awful. Unhelpful and no humans with a brain of their own who can work outside of a checklist. Wessex Water is definitely going down the toilet using this retail “service”.
