Attended the Proclamation of Charles III. The backdrop was the main entrance which needed a good clean. Blue tac or sellotape on the windows not the best. The service itself was preformed well by the Chair.

Totally incompetent, they don’t answer there phones or emails, you set up a direct debit to make council tax payments, but they don’t take them, then they send you threatening letters, gotta be the worse council in the country, totally useless.

I rang the Council last Thursday as our blue bin lid had been broken. The lady who answered was very helpful took details and said it would be replaced in the next 5 days. During Friday it was replaced and is now mended. I just wanted to say thank you at such prompt action and attention.

Whoever the woman on the phone is today has absolutely appalling customer service skills. Not only did she ignore my questions she then hung up without so much as a thank you goodbye. She was so incredibly rude hostile and unhelpful. It’s clear to see why their ratings are appalling.

Though some say Cannock Council staff are bad they are so much better than Stafford Council staff . I cant think of a more uneducated, slow performing and bone idle staff like the Stafford Council . They’re a disgrace towards mòst people. Of the councils I’ve known, none has been as bad as Stafford. Useless.
