Very poor customer satisfaction in beckton branch……people with some good attitude is an asset to a shop, unfortunately I couldn’t see that there…

I needed 43 birthday cards and the ages for both male and female ranged from 3 years to friends in their 80’s and I was able to find all I wanted.

Today 9th of July 2022 around 4:30 p.m. I went in to get a balloon for a birthday party for my little girl there was three women extremely racist attitude not helpful at all how dare they speak to a veteran in this way I certainly will not come back

Wow. Was really impressed when I visited this shop recently. It has a massive range of cards and other bits to help celebrate those special days. It has unbelievably competitive prices, one would struggle to find cards cheaper. If that wasn’t enough, the staff there are super friendly and polite. My new card shop for sure.

Went in at around 10.45am today. Was really busy in the store but people were being really sensible in their movements. 15 people in the Q in front of me waited about 10 mins to get served. They did have staff on the door counting people in and out.

Great shop, we had to get cards and stuff for my sister’s wedding and the price, considering what we got was cheap. This has a good range of products and out prices the more exclusive shops of this nature….. namely ‘hallmark’. Wants some cards and gifts for someone’s birthday? Then go here

The location of the shop is point on however there is not space to move around due to it being so small.
Cashiers assistants were busy chatting amongst themselves I was served whilst they carried on with their conversation.

I came here for some balloons filled with helium . Was very good they lasted about 1 week . The staff are very help full I can’t fault this place definitely better then the other card factory’s so use this one week day day time not busy at all no que s no waiting

Awesome variety of balloons for all occasions. Incredibly speedy service, by the time I paid for my balloons they had already filled it with helium and decorated it nicely.

The card factory has a lot of varieties and it’s a good shop to go to and you can also shop online. I will definitely recommend this to anyone 😊 Cheers ❤️ …

Great shop everything easy to find such great choice to choose from I got everything I need + more ar such a great price this shop is so cheap would definitely be returning and definitely to this store visited with my son it’s his 5th birthday and the stuff were very helpful and very good 1 younger girl and a lovey older lady 10/10

Always welcomed by lovely and helpful staff. Generally a busy store all year round. Free parking.

The young lady was brilliant hu by had two of the same cards and she pointed it out to him before charging it in case it was a mistake
