Write a ReviewWe’ve been in Carluccio’s yesterday to have lunch before going for some shopping and it has been amazing as always.
Quite many choices of food (plenty of starters, you can have pasta, meat or fish …
A very busy place but the food is lovely and cooked fresh to order. Food was presented very well. We ask for a slight deviation from what was on the menu, which was agreed with no problem at all. Prices are at the level you would expect for …
Unfortunately bad experience for food. Flavorless “Calamari Fritti”, First course “Penne alla giardiniera” with tasteless pre-cooked pasta, overcooked in some parts and dry in others and ridiculous spinach ball. Ricotta and spinach ravioli also tasteless. Friendly staff. More
This is one of the Cribbs Causeway coffee shops with assorted patries and snacks. I had the latte which was well produced and brought to the table.
Staff were friendly and offered to give table service as I walk with sticks. …
Sirloin steak is awful and tasteless . So far the worst steak I had eaten in Bristol . The staff are friendly , however foods standard need to buck up! More
The place is nice and relatively quiet. My wife enjoyed her pasta, but the mussels in my seafood linguine were overcooked and smelly. More
A very lively and vibrant place with excellent service. I had the saltimbocca, it came out quickly and was delicious. My waitress Jasmine was very friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend eating a meal here. 👍😋 …
The unique blend of miserable staff and service so slow has put us off carluccios for life. …
Came for lunch today staff were welcoming, nice place and ambience. Two of us had carbonara it was really dry and tasteless although i put salt pepper and parmesan on it. One had the pate and was also underwhelmed by it, bit dissapointed 🙁
Visited at lunch on 29th April 2023.
We had not been to Cribbs Causeway in years and had not been to a Carluccio’s …
I have never been here before, but have been to many Italian restaurants, independent ones and chain restaurants. …
A quiet oasis for a relaxed and indulgent meal in a busy shopping centre. Great quality food, never had a bad meal here. Highly recommend the Tiramisu. Several delicious vegetarian options. Friendly staff, quick service. Quieter after 2 pm if you are going for lunch.
Very poor meal for the £50 spent. Chicken milanese was beyond basic, as was the carbonara. No effort, no passion. Sadly, Antonio Carluccio is no longer around to give this place the kick up the backside it requires. More
Really, really disappointed with the food today.
We’ve been here before without issue, but today the food was severely lacking.
I ordered the seafood linguine which only had about 2 squid rings which were …
First impressions count. The gent who took us to our table didn’t even say hello. Things like this cost your business customers. Barely looked at us, left us at the table without a word. …
Very poor experience. Send the prawns back as the sauce tasted like a tin of chopped tomatoes with no seasoning. Kids menu good portion but again no seasoning. Steak was over cooked and the mushroom sauce came in butter not cream? Overall …
They were busy, and we didn’t have to wait too long for food, but we did have a bit of a wait for dessert. Food was OK. We ordered off their lunch time menu. There were about 4 items off the menu. We noticed our meal looked completely different to those who had ordered off the normal menu More
The second worst Carbonaras in the city. I have received awful sauce with plain spaghetti. They have used no pepper, no salt so the taste was really bad. There are nice people at service, but the kitchen is far behind the standard.
Waiters are bored and useless. The level of service is like a canteen. A poor version of the Hampstead village restaurant. I’m terribly disappointed. I don’t recommend it to anyone, money thrown away, I think they’re poisoned, my …
Took forever to seat us even though there were loads of free tables. Wait staff didn’t seem to know the menu although we were warned a lot of it wasn’t available. Tiny cappuccino but it tasted good. More
Absolute rip off. £12.30 for ricotta and spinach ravioli. It was just 7 or 8 ravioli parcels (lukewarm), swimming in water – oh and with a leaf of sage on top. I couldn’t believe how bad the presentation was when the dish arrived and how …

Disappointed with the shop I have bought from here gifts for a hamper at Christmas used to get gift box free if you spent over a certain amount for the last 3 years I have bought Gift box elsewhere as they decided to charge for them. The …
Quiet when we arrived this morning. Service was good and the food. Only comment would be that the floor and some surface areas needed a dust!
Always a great visit here. Friendly staff and top service. The food is generously portioned and well presented More
Just ate here on a whim after some shopping. Food exceeded our expectations. Amy and the other person who served us were very friendly and attentive. The food came out quickly and both my wife and I enjoyed it very much. Would definitely …
Lovely meal staff very helpful and friendly will eat there again when we call into Cribbs. More
I ordered a gluten-free option, unfortunately when it came the bread looked the same as my friend’s non gf so I questioned it and it wasn’t gf! Thank goodness I checked! Found the online/app ordering at table difficult, much easier to just speak to your waiter! When it came out again the food was delicious. More
Portions could be bigger for the price you pay. While my diavolo was nice, I can’t help feel there wasn’t enough tomato and bread. For £8. Also my extra courgette fritters were nothing noteworthy. Staff were well-executed though.
