Customer service is very poor. I took my time to choose chocolates for Valentine’s Day and I asked them to pack separately in pink bags. Cashier told me and go and buy it from card shop, but didn’t let me buy theirs… never heard such nonsense and also wasted my time..

All their chocolates are delicious and lots of great gift packaging.

Ella is a great customer sales assistant, I just popped in for a browse to get something as a gift for a friend but ended up treating myself to some sugar free chocolate which is out of this world. I was even offered a taste before purchasing. Outstanding customer service by Ella.

It’s a small store but it’s well managed and the staff have been lovely everytime I’ve gone in. They’re especially helpful if you’re looking for something without a certain ingredient and they always have something new for you to try.

My fav chocolate shop. Definitely worth the price. They often have samples for new products. Staff are friendly but always tempt me with £1 shortbread or bars next to the till

Had a really fun day with my two year old at Hotel
Chocolat today! It was her first time having a soft serve cone and she absolutely loved it!!!! Was recommended with the VIP sign on and received extra discount which was a bonus! Staff there were all very professional and kind 🙂

Amazing chocolate! Nice store and friendly staff but their chocolates have so much plastic packaging which is why the low review. They only have one small section of chocolates in a paper packet. Guys, any plans to reduce this plastic waste for 2020? Please do this and I’ll give you a 5 star.

We all know the chocolate is good but the machine ice cream is expensive and not to my liking. If I became a VIP they were on offer 241 but I do not want another loyalty card to carry around.
