The library service deserves praise. Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff. Easy to order books online and I appreciate being able to return books to any library. Very good support for children – particularly during school holidays.

Poor public service and communication, if you phone you’re on hold for 30+ minutes. Even when you report something through the Hwb there’s no communication back. I found this especially the case when it comes to refuse collection – it’s appalling.

Takes an eternity to get reception to answer took me 6 attempts taking over 1.5 hours to get to leave a message the level of service is abysmal

Very poor and disappointing service, no communication, missed promises and no response to emails. How can you have trust in a local government on this basis.

Answer the phone please over 2 hours trying to get through.There are sharps dumped in a lane with the needles sticking out risk to the public and we cant get through.

Week after week I am calling, given a date, date passed ,ring again another date ,on and on this goes. Months of empty promises, I am ringing again on hold 20.54 secs so far.

Rubbish, bad services and useless website.

Would give zero star if possible, poor commmunication when dealing with complaints, totally incompetent.
