Visited to use the pool. Thought the centre was lovely and great value. It’s a 25m pool and cost £4.75 for an adult swim. No time limit for swim, sessions are available for viewing on website. It was half laned and half free swim area when I went. Parking is free

Great place to workout both in the gym and in the studio; good variety of classes and instructors are always so friendly and make everyone welcome.

Cannot fault this gym! Amazing classes and really helpful staff. Would definitely recommend this gym to everyone.

I do swimming lessons here the staff are nice but the changing room and toilets are dirty

It is an old small cinema hall, however the seats are comfortable and it is a cozy place to watch the latest movie at a very reasonably price

Attended Yoga class on the Friday. Love this friendly class and instructor is amazing. Centre clean and inviting apart from the smelly drains in the swimming pool changing rooms and the sandwiches and crisp wrappers stuffed down the shower plug holes.

Pretty decent l, gym has everything you need and the pool is a great size, however the pool is always just that little bit too cold even for the kids

Great centre classes are great friendly staff good atmosphere

Very good value for money but isn’t state of the art equipment wise. Showers could do with an update. However all in all far more positives than negatives. Trying to get through on the phone can be a problem though.

Great facilities staff and equipment

Pool is good and the childrens swimming teachers are great. But the parking is horrendous. Even after installing the cameras, its completely full most week days. Also there are no sub 3 year old swimming classes on the weekend anymore.

Lovely clean facilities and friendly helpful staff. The new gym is well equipped and the swimming pool is never cold. Swimming lessons are well taught with the ability to move on to the next class when the child is ready and not have to wait for the next term.

Once you get past the awful website and manage to book, it is a lovely swimming pool with good water temperature and friendly staff the facilities where clean and safe to use

This facility always Takes an AGE for anybody to answer the phone, it’s actually ridiculous how can someone be on hold for 40 minutes to ask a 30 second question. It’s almost like to find out any information I actually have to travel to the branch and ask in person. It’s not good enough!

Good gym centre, good swimming pool. Had a free 1to1 gym session with a personal trainer but I forgot my card. Got told to wait outside the gym doors for the personal trainer. 15 minutes in ans no one came. Just felt awkward so left. Except from this incident good gym

Been going to Runnymede pool for many years and they have always been a great and pleasant pool to swim in. Changing room facilities are spotless and well Maintained, I don’t like the fact that they are unisex but it does make it easier when you have kids. Friendly staff.

Took the family for a swim. Modern changing rooms and nice temp in the main pool. Only downside was that the teaching pool was not open for our youngest due to CoVid restrictions.

This lesure center had reopened to the public in January. Yet the building work still isn’t completed. There’s not enough car parking spaces. The air con in the studio wasn’t working for over a month. The spin room next to the studio overpowers the Yoga and Pilates classes. The chairs for the cafe are not nice.

Great gym and swimming pool! The staff are very helpful and friendly and the classes are fun.

The Runnymede pool time table is completely misleading, “Public session” probably means only half the pool available as a school is using the other half. It’s a shame really because they spent all that money making the place better but don’t bother updating the website.

Gonna miss this place again such a shame as the centre brings a lot of enjoyment into our lives. Also sanitizers everywhere, staff with masks. Thank you Runnymede for the enjoyment you bring in this terrible time.

Daughter has weekly swimming classes. Good staff, pools and facilities, although the changing room is on the small side with an open shower in a mixed changing room.

Beautiful pool kind staff however very disappointed that they run out of diving sticks and goggles .but apart from that I had the best time of my life fantastic
