Scam artists!! Chasing a debt that is up to date. No knowledge of what the so called debt was for. Glad I was cautious. Someone else may not have been so lucky and got scammed. Disgraceful! Will be reporting to ombudsman

Had a letter regarding money I owe to Lavazza. Lavazza didn’t have the decency to leave a message to call back about a payment issue. Spoke to someone on the phone who tried his utmost to twist my words to suit a narrative that I should pay. Didn’t listen to a word I was saying. Terrible!

Had a letter from them chasing a Lavazza coffee debt, I’ve never ordered anything from Lavazza. When I finally got through to STA on the phone they had no evidence I’d ordered anything? Shameful putting people under stress without getting the facts and paperwork correct.
