Write a ReviewAmazing little convenience store with some really helpful, friendly staff.
Went in 5 minutes ago searching for Oatly yogurt. They only have alpro coconut or alpro soy. I asked Sadie, and she took me around the store searching for other oat product that could be a good substitute. We couldn’t find an oat one so I …
I rang this branch of Co op and they cut me off twice. Don’t expect much customer service there. Wow. Shocking.
A convenient little store !
Not a bad little shop, you can get all your essentials here.
Bigger selection over Ainsle St store but obviously larger store, Amazon collect.
real person, real review.
new building! woo! it’s in a lovely spot, and has a good range of different foods. parking lot is lovely, and has access for electrical car charging. bike lock spot outside too. overall a lovely shop (and incredibly kind workers).
Good location with parking. Always a varied selection of fresh vegetables and meat available, along side bakery, dairy and frozen produce. Their own brands are great value and can be trusted. I particularly like their brand of tea. If you …
Thought having to wait at the till with no staff wasn’t good, then looking down the aisle for a member of staff couldn’t see anyone. Took a good 3 to 4 minutes for someone to eventually to serve me . This is not good as anyone could of just walked out of your store without paying . Not good for business
The store is very good, well stocked with fresh produce. The car park, however, is NOT user-friendly! Poorly planned with one entrance/exit from a very busy main road: vehicles already parked and manoeuvring (reversing!) out of their bay …
Great little shop for picking up bits through the week. All the essentials and a lovely bakery and Costa Coffee
Great coop with a good choice of food for a small one. Nicely laid out and not small aisles to get prams wheelchair etc round. Self serve tills aswell as normal tills. Staff are lovely.
It is a shop. The shelves contain various goods that the shop offers for sale. You can even charge your leccy car but there’s only one socket so you’ll be lucky and you need an extension if you want to leave your car outside your house while the charging happens so be warned. They sell cheese as well.
Bad service stood in queue for ten minutes then customer advisor appeared not to know what she was doing scanned it a number of times i received confirmation of collection but was refused it as she then decided i needed ID her colleague …
Feels more spacious than some co-ops. There are one way systems due to covid, unfortunately this means you have to go round twice, but hey ho there is a global pandemic going on! Car park is a bit tricky to get out of at times.
Moved shop from Oxford street. Very nice looking spacious store. Self checkout is also available here which is very convenient. Nice friendly staff with lot of multibuy discounts and promotions .
Wonderful store, clean, tidy; with great parking and a charging point for electric cars. Great staff.
Love the massive Costa cup in car park. Crisps in the beer Isle. Come on, whats not to like. : * )
Great parking. Well laid out shop staff are really nice
Special offers were out of stock. Staff showed ni interest in restocking. Ainslie St has far better service
Lovely shop with friendly staff. Brilliant to be able to get Costa coffee and hot food too.
Best addition to abbey road!! Literally over there several times a week!! Got all the essentials!!
Good shopping areas, self checkout so no waiting.
Nice small convenience store…almost all necessary items available
Nice new co-op. Though still a bit pricy compared to Aldi
A new store well arranged. Clean tidy with friendly pokuts staff.
Great shop for picking up what you need
The best thing about the place is that it is the only store open till 10 on the Sundays.
If you’re claustrophobic this isn’t the place for you very crammed much preferred it when the co-op was in oxford street
New co op which has ample parking helpful friendly staff.
Very convenient to get items you need quickly
Good choice of fresh produce, wine, beers and day to day essentials
Closed at 10pm on Sunday. Not 11pm as stated online.
Helpful friendly staff, can’t complain 🙂
Nice new shop with car park.
Nice place. Things a little more costly than expected
NICE INDEED STRANGE LOCATION ENJOY THE COOP…….
Good prices and good staff.
Good convenience store
Great place to shop
Clean and helpful staff
Full of shopping necessities
Had what I wanted n
Very friendly staff
Certain staff need to re evaluate their attitude. On multiple occasions both myself and my partner have been in there and a certain staff member has been disgusting! I have had eyes rolled at me, sighed at and made to feel like a problem …
Good sortiment for such a small store, although they often lack bakery and packed lunches/meal deals. The place feels open compared to the other cramped co-op stores I’ve been in. I have another co-op closer to me, but prefer this one since …
Please do not waste your time and money on this place. Service is appalling and it’s obvious they need training in customer service. What is more, they need staff stationed at the till. Stop wasting customer’s time!
Basic coop but has hot food available. The staff are not on it but ok you often see people attending to steal things
I live 2 mins away. Only time they open a til for you is when the security guard is there. Or else you have to “bother” the staff to join you at the till. 9 times out of 10 nobody on the till. Garin has an attitude and clearly doesn’t …
Nice Coop, parking an issue. Lots of self service tills. Staff friendly and helpful. Good general selection of food.
It only gets two stars for the long opening hours. It’s Sunday 5pm and there are barely any chilled foods to go. No hot food. No bakery bread. It’s dirty and the cash point doesn’t look like it’s seen a COVID clean in years. Vile.
The staff in this store are absolutely useless. Legitimately everytime I’ve been there either myself or other shoppers are left waiting for help at the tills or self check out with no staff in sight. I’ve even seen staff members walking around using their mobiles while people have needed serving or helping. Shockingly bad store.
Convenient place to shop. Clean. Staff are friendly. All customers and staff when I shopped were wearing masks.
The only issue which is not really the coop but maybe a council issue, are drunks that sometimes sit on the old Peacock building wall and leave litter behind.
Great location for this newly opened store. Always seems to close early though- 9pm. Must have read my review, it closes even earlier now 😂 20:45 …
Typical co-op but not typical staff – waited 5 mins for assistance at the self service check out, I then went searching for a member of staff and I then asked for assistance. A couple of minutes later the member of staff appeared, pressed …
UPDATE – frequented by unmasked customers breaching social distancing rules, with ‘security’ staff showing no interest in the safety of their other compliant customers. Invariably a beggar at the door. Shame really. …
Don’t buy online – no customer services
Absolutely love this shop security guard gonna be missed but luckily enough you’ve still got the one of the cutest person working there still
This Co-Op is always has empty shelves it never has items people need bread, pasta, water, toilet paper the list goes on. Every time I’ve gone in there never get what I want the store has been empty pretty much all year.
Abaolutely dire, no one attends the front of the shop so there’s a constant queue at the checkout and tills.. It’s no wonder everyone just shoplifts
“Closed” today as there are apparently “no staff”. Was informed this by what I assume to me a member of the public, who for unknown reasons, was suspiciously dressed in staff member uniform. This non-staff, staff member was stood in the door way of the shop, which is predominantly full of self-service check outs.
??
showed up on boxing just before 9am because the website said they was open. when I arrived it was closed with no signs saying holiday hours what a waste
These guys have been particularly phenomenal during the crisis. They were fab before but when I’ve visited since lockdown, they are still smiling, friendly and make you feel at ease. Thankyou! X
Extremely convenient and actually has everything!
Closed half hour early again in Cardiff. Staff ignored me when I asked why.
Enjoyed the starters, main came out a bit late but the waitress was lovely. Recommend the moussaka.
Fantastic news for local resident and good business choice.
My local shop and I love it.
Lovely staff and great products and always clean
Friendly staff and good food
😁 both coop in Wales and England are awesome …
Social distancing spot on. Fresh produce & plenty of choice.
Great thanks 😊👍 …
Dinner saver!
Nice with nice staff.
Prices are slightly more expensive than other markets …
