Write a ReviewI would give 0 star if I could. Poor management, poor customer services. The staffs in chat room are rude, cost me hours to connect to them. No empathy, mean and cruel. Cathay Pathetic that is.
Delayed for over 16 hours and only received a £10 meal voucher. We ended up having to fly to Heathrow and then to Manchester from Hong Kong even though we payed for a direct flight. No compensation offered.
i wish to say how superb were the staff of cathay pacific in looking after me on my flights to & from hong kong! I requested wheelchair assistance & your air stewards were there the whole of the time, reassuring me.
