Write a ReviewGreat place to see any day matches .. we squeezed in watch Ultimate test .. amazing experience , super big screens, comfortable place to sit , relax and with good choices of draft beers and finger foods More
Excellent place for sport lovers. Amazing sound and video. The staff is very friendly and serves really good food. ❤️
This was a really great place to hang out with friends. In a great location. The drinks and food are reasonably priced too and if you have casino membership you get a discount on it. I recommend the pot stickers/dumplings. It’s open 24/7 …
Worst sports bar I’ve ever been to. At the reception they told us that they were putting football on the screens. About 50 people were sitting there and wanted to watch it. They changed the program every 10 minutes (mostly to horse racing) …
This used to be the underrated gem of a sports bar in London. Since COVID it has gone from great atmosphere, great food and great value to ok atmosphere, great food and no value. …
Excellent pizza. OK selection of beer. Prices on good and drink are appropriate (but necessarily any bargain). Lots of sports are shown on television, including American Football. Service was somewhat lackluster, particularly given how many …
All staff very rude. Wouldn’t recommend. Bar was empty, we were two and were seated in a bad place, politely asked if we could get seated in a different place and staff replied if you don’t like it you can leave. Terrible way to treat a costumer coming to watch sports and have a meal. Don’t go, plenty of better nearby options.
The Carlsberg Sports Bar occupies a small space within a casino so it is a little underwhelming, I expected the venue to be more impressive. …
Decent place to watch a football match, however I found the man in charge of the memberships quite racist (I did not bother to ask for his name but fair skin, red-ish hair). The membership is free and gives discounts, they only require an …
Nice sports bar showing all sports. Came to watch college basketball during march madness and was not disappointed. Double shots are a better deal (like 2-3 more for a 2nd shot).
Enjoyed the Fifa finals at this Casino, the entry ticket was £10 to watch the match, of course we went there without any early bookings. Was playing roulette the entire time and enjoyed watching the match with friends in big screen. The bar has good selection of beers don’t forget the chicken wings.
Fully licensed sports bar inside the Empire Casino. Completely packed during important football fixtures. The bar serves food and drinks at affordable prices. Sections of the Carlsberg Bar can be reserved. Understandably, during busy …
Went there to watch the 6 nations and it was quite good.
Beers are about £5 (slightly more than advertised for), 50 chicken wings about £35 and are quite good but the spicy ones were overwhelmingly hot. …
My favourite place in London to watch Champions League matches – great pub food, pitchers of beers, loads of screens, and you can head downstairs for some Blackjack after the game. Gets a good atmosphere from fans going, make sure to book first for any big games
We were the only people there and it still took us like 10 minutes to get served beers at the bar. The place is nice though
Great place to watch NFL games. Food pretty good – typical for bar food. Beer selection OK – about 10 varieties – mostly international brands.
If there was a spot to put 0 stars i would have…waited over 45 minutes and didn’t even get my drink….the game was playing but wasn’t busy at the time we got there so really no excuse…poor experience.
I was watching the England game tonight and my friends and I had a few chants. Nothing provocative, just amped up for the World Cup. After the game, having taken our drinks money, they kicked us out, presumably for public image that they …
Lot of screens! Lot of sport! Lot of food all night! I love it!
They only shouldn’t charge when they have a special sport on TV! It should be illegal!
Decently priced drinks for the location. Open 24/7 so a good place to grab another drink and some food when everything else closes.
Best fish & chips I’ve tried ever!
Great environment for watching a sports game!
Great set up and location however let down by rude staff some other issues. I wanted to go here to watch the F1 whilst I was in London. I checked in advance if I could book a table and whether it would be played. They confirmed they would …
Decent sized sports bar in Leicester Square with reasonably priced drinks. Tables can be reserved in advance for sports events. The main screens could do with an update though (see photo) as the action is a bit disjointed between screens.
How much is the minimum spend if I want to reserve a seat to watch the match?
Best place to watch live sports in london More
Went there with some friends to have a little gamble and something to eat and drink. Quite a good atmosphere actually.
Terrible. Yes, they have TVs with sports. Staff is terrible. Rude and inconsiderate. Food…terrible. honestly, if you can find ANYWHERE else to watch a match, go there.
Booked a table for the England final online, £180 was taken from my account for a table of 6 people @ £25 each, can’t work that maths out!
Didn’t get a confirmation email for the booking so called up to find out that …
Would be zero stars if possible. ‘Probably not the best sports bar in the world.’ …
If you looking for a modern bar to watch a sorting game I strongly recommend this. …
If you’re out with a group & wanting to watch a sporting event (ours was a premier league game) it is worth booking in here! Reasonably priced food & drink, big screens everywhere & the casino is just down stairs for half time. Our mates …
Just like the advertisements that you see on TV, if Carlsberg did epic sports bar it would be something like this. This bar is located on the first floor of the Empire Casino located in the heart of Leicester square. The food is great, the …
Nice place to watch a sport event, comfortable and clean.
5 sports at the same time & a great international sports crowd, unfortunately the service leaves some to be desired, no apologies either
Also side note – staff wear bodycams, slightly uncomfortable atmosphere #raiders
I wish I knew about this bar before. It is the best sports bar in London. Providing multiple screens, good drink deals, and comfortable seating. These are the main essentials for a sporting night out. However, due to the venue being so …
The service by the waiters and their manager is just disgraceful and disrespectful. The waiters are all rude, slow to provide their services and the food is average as well.
The prices are very average for a casino, however the cheesy fries are worth a visit! Best I’ve ever had!
Nice atmosphere, who the number of Tv’s showing all the sports is a bit much.
This is easily the Best venue and the biggest screen i have found in London to watch the Football or any Sport of your liking for that matter . You simply will not be dissapointed. Beers are surprisingly well priced, the service is very …
Great place to have watched the world cup. Fabulous staff, friendly and extremely accommodating.
Food was OK but unhealthy snack bar food. The nachos were better than those served at The Roadhouse but the chickenwings were returned.
One of my favourite beers on tap (Carlsberg export), decent food at a reasonable price. All the sport on 2 jumbotron TV’s. Only negative? Get there early or book a table if there is a big match on. It gets busy with paying customers and freeloaders trying to watch the match without even buying a Coke. Cheapskates!
Unfortunately not a nice place. No atmosphere at all. Completely overrated. The staff is friendly, so this earns the 1 star.
I had the slider burgers. So uncreative. …
Seriously ? Cancelling the France vs Germany 1 day before the game due to exceptional circumstances. Tel me this is a joke 😡 ! I don’t recommend this bar they don’t respect the fans at all. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT !!! …
Last minute cancellation of reservation for the euros due to staff shortage means total incompetence from the management. Will never go there should it be the only place broadcasting sports in the universe
Great place to watch football games, especially if there’s more than one on at a time! Also tasty food options, and nice drinks. Make sure you bring ID though, as it’s inside the casino!
I have been a member here for a few years now. In my opinion it’s the best place in London to watch live games, including American sports like the NFL,NHL,NBA, etc. I have watched here both the Champions League final and the Super-Bowl …
Very good and a lively place. Good food options for both Vegetarians and Meat eater’s. You can also enjoy casino here. There are slot games, table games etc. We all had a good time and would love to visit again.
It’s what it says on the tin. A bar with screens showing variety of sports. On the upside – it stays open when all other venues in LSQ are already closed – mecca for night owls and bartenders who had closing shift.
Food (although tactically salty) and value only thing to save from only 3 stars, service disappointing and having 9 screen matrix to be cool instead of giant screen was annoying when watching sport. also don’t go thinking those sockets are …
Great environment to relax after a session on the tables. Quick service, reasonably priced, remember you get discount with your members card.
This is a really good venue to watch any sporting event, there are plenty of screens and there’s always a good atmosphere. Try the 50 wings challenge, it’s harder than it sounds, and be sure to choose your sauce wisely.
Good place to end up if the pubs have closed and you don’t wanna go to one of the many depressing clubs in central but still wanna carry on the night, eat some chicken wings and watch whatever sports they are showing on the screens. Not …
Busy, livey bar in the Empire Casino at the top of Liecester Square. Well worth going to see an international or European cup fixture here. Countless screens and bookable table area make this a worthwhile sports night. Book on line in plenty of time.
Great wings, “smart salad”, and beer, with really great prices for the heart of London. Open really late with huge screens for all your favorite sports. What’s not to like?
Carsberg themed sports bar situated in the empire casino in the upper floor. Plenty of TVs showing sport to keep you occupied while you enjoy a drink
Refused to put England, losing the Ashes Test, up on the big screen. Excuse- Not popular enough.
Great place to watch the football – went here for a Champions League game and there is a great buzz with big screens and high volume so you can hear the atmosphere and the commentary – they serve food and drinks by table service but the service is slow and the numbers of wait staff is limited
Came here to catch an NFL game while on vacation. Food was meh, but was thankful some place was showing the games. They are unable, or unwilling, to put certain games on certain TVs so you have the same game on 85% of the TVs in the “NFL corner” so that was a bit disappointing. Clean bathrooms are a huge plus.
Wasn’t allowed in at first for wearing sandles in the summer, after mentioning I’d go elsewhere they suddenly changed there minded, was told it was free to watch the euros it wasn’t. Wanted £10 to stand up and watch it. Poor organisation …
Great staff, great atmosphere…. But all of that is irrelevant if you have the most uncomfortable seating in all of London.
Nice place with friendly staff and good service 👍 …
I do really enjoyed Maria service, throughout my evening. She was so welcoming and polite and I’ll definitely comeback and recommend!!! Five stars!!!
Awful service and attitude …… spent £300 in 1hr 30
Told to leave because we didn’t book 5pm game !! …
Beautiful spot to watch football…very classy
Amazing like always … one of the best afterwork… if you are fancy of a cold beer and something gnummy to eat … this is the right place … Nice atmosphere, music sport and whatever … !
Just spent the afternoon in this Sports Bar – best in London – and I live here so trust me , loads of seats , loads of screens , loads of space – great staff and food available while you watch the match – what more could you want !!??
Its always busy. Gud selection of foods and beer. Nice spicy buffalo wings. A bit pricey though. But its london wat can u say..?
However the seats aren’t alle that comfortable, the rest was great. Large and good quality screens to watch different sports.
What a great place for sports loved the atmosphere 👏 …
Lots of space, decent sized screen and well priced drinks for the area
Huge screens. Great security. Good place to watch the big game.
You’d very much prefer going to the O’Neills that is 2mins from this.
Pretty dated, resting on its excellent location at Victoria Station to pull in trade…a water opportunity.. has huge potential for someone with vision and graft and who is open to pragmatic advice.
it’s a good place but i can’t see football at this pub. Is it at home? Ah no, IT IS AT ROME, NOT HOME 🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹👋👋👋 …
Nice atmosphere however service with drinks at the table is very slow can take up to more than 15 minutes to be sent
This may be the better casino location to watch NFL as Hippodrome have reduced their footprint to accommodate Magic Mike show.
Empire always a great spot
Really comfortable and great place to watch sport. Especially late night nba
Expensive, but acceptable prices for this type of location. For somewhere not too loud or like a dance club, this is a great option after midnight.
Late night place close to Piccadilly. Nice staff and big screens for sports.
Great environment, welcoming staff – food decent with a good selection. Would like a better selection of beers.
