Appalling service from this company
Waited 3 weeks for them to come out to a leaking boiler.
Engineer arrived located a split pipe replaced it. Job done in 5 mins

I live on the bovis home site in moulton , theres been so many issues with the house the list is longer than my arm, some have been sorted yet some havent , hard to get in touch with and some of the staff that come out to fix the repairs are very rude and hopeless

Refuse point blank to deal with any reported problems with in their own appartments. Absolutely useless staff with ridiculous excuses and appalling service! Id genuinly give 0 stars if possible. These people couldnt organize a party in a brewery!

Poor service. My family have been constantly neglected by this so called social housing. My partner and I have suffered ill health because these people where given a wrong opinion and judged us on this. An unnamed person from this trust have caused me many years of midery

We have only been with peaks and plains for a short while but always found them efficient when reporting repairs Tec.

Totally useless I had to rate 1star in order to write review but there not even worth 1, the only thing they are good at is collecting rent and taking people to court

Previous review was meant for my old provider and I really cart say anything about peaks and plains repairs yet

All i did was ring up to find out the management charge for an elderly friend as she wasn’t aware what she was paying, I was told that this would take two weeks to find out and cost £60.
