Absolutely useless. Never answer the phone. Called 20 times and every time was put on hold for 30 mins and the line just cut off. You would think they’d make some effort for people who are paying their council tax and are keeping them operating. 0/0. I would not bother with these people. They do not care for anyone.
The most woeful organisation – no concept of customer service; their customer interaction, whether online or on the phone, seems to be geared at avoiding responses or dealing with any issues. No ownership of customer issues, out of date website, and we have to pay for this?? Very poor.
Utterly useless council… Having a problem with a tree on council property causing damage to nearby property and they hide behind their legal team to avoid paying for any damage or repairs . Utterly pathetic! Refuse to do anything about it and can only contact them by post to appeal.
I have just replaced two wheels after they were dangerously damaged by a pothole not seen in the dark. When I went back to inspect the pothole it had been marked in white so obviously reported but never repaired. Typical of this county authority.
Absolutely useless, I pay nearly £5000 per year in council tax, the local tip is fully booked untill the end of the month and HCC say they cant answer the telephone at this time.
Seemed lovely over the phone but useless with actually helping me to move to the area and get my kids into school. Luckily the schools themselves were fantastic.. And you want all kids in education.. Then actually help!
Complained about laura ferguson who has ignored 4 years of medical evidence. Passed their eligibility criteria for care ferguson says I have not just ignored senior medical experts. Being left alone to die by this lot.

You put a 40 mile an hour speed limit on the M27 to M3 junction every Sunday which causes CHAOS WHY. In my opinion you could not run a Whelk stall.
