Our exprience has not been good! My family have been held to ransom/prisoner in a 2 bed flat for over 5 years! We are a family of 5 i am disabled and 2 of my boys have ADHD and asperger’s syndrome. I would not recommend eastlight to anyone that maybe disabled or vulnerable as eastlight will not support you! they will use you.

Awful anything you ask about they refuse or if a repair one comes to look, another to take a photo then weeks later if lucky a repair person comes out.

Front desk people were great but cant get anything done. We got half a kitchen because of damp and mould cant do any more untill a large crack in wall is repaired. Thats not being done until February what a joke except we not laughing
Usually quite good at repairs but 4 weeks to fix a water leak is a bit much. Been getting worse since they changed to eastlight hopefully they get better.
Had a repair booked for 22nd Feb between 12-4pm they didn’t even turn up not even a phone call saying they would not be arriving today I’m not happy about this as I had to lose a day’s wages
Greenfields far outshines the other housing associations i have been a tennant with before.

Attempted 3 times now to rent a garage never anyone in the department to assist, never had this problem when council run.

Deceptive…….all is not what it seems, only ‘involved’ residents get special treatment, new kitchens at the drop of a hat, parking spaces, you name it, just to keep them sweet and involved…….and controlled!
