Ive been struggling with mental health all my life and they dont care. I was made homeless and they didnt want to help me, they left me out in the cold vulnerable until we called them so many times they did something. They need to stop charging so much on council tax for disabled people living on benefits, its shocking!

Had to get a refund for planning – they couldn’t have been more helpful and efficient! Much less stressful than I was expecting – plus the planning officers explanations re: planning were very detailed and informative and enabled me to ask questions. Very impressed
