Just as bad as all the other electric companies! Their rep came to my door and insisted they were cheaper than all the others and price wouldn’t increase. Just a few weeks later and boom price has gone up!!
When asked to change to click energy they made it sound like they where the cheapest supplier! Iv only changed 2 weeks and iv went through £31 and that’s just using the basics. Big change from £7 a week

When asked to change to click Energy it was all dressed up and look like a really good deal three months and I find theY charge 11p a day and they’re just as dear as a SSE Airtricity . customer service is shocking and they do nothing to help..

Very disappointed meant to be getting my Meyer changed over today but no engineers arrived. Phoned click energy at 14.09,said they would get back to me, still no call back at 16.25,two hours 15 minutes later.think I will stay with SSE as more reliable customer service.
