Today I had a new boiler fitted by Alex and his buddy from BOXT.
From initially picking my boiler and date of fitting everything went very smoothly.I was a bit wary about the process but was pain free.
Would not hesitate to recommend them and Alex to other customers.

We had a really bad experience with Boxt installers and customer service. The installers were very unprofessional, and left our walls badly damaged, not even bothering to make small repairs. We complained to Boxt customer services the next day, and sent photos to document the issue to only receive silence from them.
