Awful expensive company for electricity.
When leaving them they lifted over £100 from my account without informing me first, only 2 weeks after lifting the direct debit for that months bill.
Great company with great customer service.
Just had my monthly direct debit increased from £50 a month to £120. Called up and got it down to £100, but that’s still double. Don’t understand how they can do this even if we are all getting £400 credit. So I’ll be switching

I have been with Power NO for over 20 years. I have had no problems with them. When I have had queries, both lowering and raising my direct debit payment, they were sorted out during one short phone call. Their staff are always pleasant, helpful and professional. I thoroughly recommend them.

Lady was very helpful no long waiting time to answer call
The agent asked if my husband was at home because said agent was not familiar with meters displaying both numbers for my import and my solar panels export. Never been more humiliated in my life. I did not know that you need a person with a PhD or a male to *see* the meter readings. I am not switching to Power NI, nor I recommend it.

Came to read meter and before I could open door said “put that dog in another room and close the door” then put a leaflet against door glass..not even a please or thank you…in future he can put a card through the door and I will read it myself…dog didn’t know what was happening.
