Never had no difficulties when phoning them doing a great job
I find the people on the phone helpful when I have called.
Overall the wait time to get through is not too bad compared to other government departments.
Don’t go there with sharp things in your pocket/bag they will take it off u. But otherwise not bad for helpfulness. It’s also a bit like going to CAB

They are very helpful over the phone during the four separate times I have had to call them, and they seem to know what they are doing.They called me back to sort a paperwork error I had brought to their attention.
They are very good and prompt at sending out issues of N1’s etc. My only grumble is please bring in a freepost address for responses to surveys
