Absolutely plagued me since we bought our puppy. Must of had 10 letters and literally 50 emails and texts asking to join them. Never ever stop harassing me. Out of principal I would never use your insurance and certainly deter others from it.

The customer service is exceptionally good. The individuals I have spoken to, in regard to claims have been empathic, efficient and incredibly helpful. In difficult times they’ve been exceptional and for that I highly recommend.

I couldn’t recommend Agria enough. They have always been friendly and helpful when I have spoken to them on the phone. I recently had to make a few claims for different tests for my cat and it only took 1-2 weeks for them to pay it back. Also, the £50 voucher for vet bills when registering a pet is amazing!
