Have had constant repeated issues with my Three bill payment (payment reversed each and every time from Three.. and each time has been forwarded to CRS – at that point I have found it each time very easy to make payment, receiving an email with a payment link and resolves the issue everytime extremely quickly.

I’ve been getting texts and emails saying i owe money to a specific account but when I checked the account I can see I do not owe money. It’s been happening for months and even after blocking I can’t seem to stop receiving their messages.

Disgusting company take money from your account without authorisation finally think we have come to a resolution to find out not long after I’ve finished on the phone they have taken another unauthorised payment without any agreement or contract in place.
