We used them in 2020 as our employer put the company into administration. Resolve is an absolute nightmare, not responsive at all showed no empathy to staff, did not provide any updates and didn’t even update their creditors portal which looks like it was made by a 4 yr old in 1965. Strongly suggest finding someone else.
