I don’t like enforcement companies as a rule, but noticed they get probably an unfair go at the Reviews so I can say I spoke to Whyte & Co earlier and they were amenable, pleasant, and as helpful as they could be. All one could ask for with such a terrible job to have to do.

I’ve given one star when really they deserve none. If you owe any payments to this company then be careful. They won’t warn you or remind you of any due. They will quite happily clamp your car and make things difficult for you. Absolutely disgusting company. Avoid them if you can.

Called up customer service and I was very polite and cordial from the start, but woman on the phone had a very bad attitude and was shouting down the phone. She refuses to let you speak to a manager. They said they are not interested in complaints and was being purposefully difficult.
