Avoid this company. Waited for 3 months to get the tile until found out it hadn’t even been ordered. Now have to contact Porcelanosa directly to get it. Should have done it before. They even asked me in regards to the batch and called Spain but after 3 months everything seems to be different. Very rude director.

I found this gem via instagram and was told to ask for Phil. I drove from Balham to Surrey and Phil couldn’t have been more helpful. The showroom is great and staff friendly and helpful.
