We have used Daniels Silverman for over 13 years and they have always provided a good friendly service and collected money owed to us. The bad reviews on here are people who owe money. Not companies who are using their services. Google should really take them off as they are not their customers.

Disgusting service, Ongoing battle with them on behalf of Simply Mail Solutions. Don’t ask any questions just issue demands. There won’t even talk to them Weird set up stay away. Complaints have been made to trading standards.

Charge you 15% just to make phone calls on your behalf. What a waste of time. Then try charge £1400 to claim a £2000 debt. Court is faster and cheaper.

These guys are a bunch of idiots, do not use them to recover your debts. They take your money and you never hear anything back from them. This has got to be the worst debt recovery service I have ever used. DO NOT USE

Do NOT use these guys! They talk the talk but simply cannot walk the walk. All the staff are rude liars. Communication is zero and I am not sure anybody there actually understands the concept of debt recovery. If I could give zero stars I would.

I used this company some time ago. Wouldn’t recommend them. They were quick to take my money but the service was terrible. Bad communication and they didn’t get any of my money back. Complete waste of time !

Bunch of Clowns – came after me a for a made up debt – clearly no due diligence beforehand and took over a year to let me know the case was closed and then only when I chased to them to find out! Stressful and unproffesional to deal with.

Dreadful company. I remember falling for their sales patter and remember being appalled at how unprofessional they were and quick to take my money, compounding the problem. I found out the hard way. Avoid.
