Often don’t answer the phone. Then when they do they hang up and cut you off. Phone seems to be answered by a third party company so it’s not exactly Runpath’s fault in one respect but it has put me off using them. Why choose to use a company that does’t even answer in Runpath’s name and hangs up on it’s customers?
