Avoid at all costs. I had to chase repeatedly for updates on whether a debtor had paid on her plan they set up. They would let months go by without letting me know anything. And when I did call for updates, they gave attitude. i have taken the debtor back to court. Don’t waste your time or money with these so called bailiffs.
