I followed the procedure and was robbed for money. Would not recommend them. Took them a month and a half to Investigate a straight forward 3 day claim and now ive been scammed.

Not sure about others but my experience with them has always been pretty good (have been with them for over a year). Have had to process over £1,000 in claims and didn’t have problems. They’ve been pretty quick too so no complaints.
Do not use this company they will not pay your money 2 months I’m waiting for my money off them and they coming out with all excuses they weren’t like this pre covid. Seriously please stay away or you will regret it.
Terrible company. They made a major mistake and I had to contact them 5 times for them to correct it. Each time they said it will get done and it never did. Customer service was terrible and they never even seemed to care! Not even an apology when I called nervous times.
Very poor service. The processing time is very high. Consider other competitor dental insurance companies before taking out a policy with these guys.

Useless company, takes forever to process a claim and then uses terms and conditions never explained or mentioned to avoid paying out.
