The car was picked up from my home address. Returned with very dirty front seat mat with protector sheet over the top of it AND heavy grease dropped over the alloy wheels. All a shame as the repair and service was excellent but very annoyed at the mess inside and out.

Downside is that the car may have been damaged in their care as I was told of a repair to an area that was not damaged when the car was collected. My car was picked up by DLG auto services. I was kept well informed of how far they were going. And how they were doing whole thing took five days. My car came back washed and cleaned all repaired. Great job.

The bodywork seems to be ok, however the car came back with further damage. We’ve been waiting for this to be resolved. Todate we’re still, they are trying to put the repair through our insurance when the damage was done by the company which my insurance should not be paying for.

Friendly staff and good quality work.The work was done in quick time but the only thing I can fault is that the collection of my vehicle couldn’t find a suitable time so I had to deliver it myself but to compensate they provided a taxi to take me home.

Everything about the service was brilliant. Contacted me Tuesday to collect my car and returned a week later fully repaired. They called or text every step of the way and was really understanding and supportive when I had an issue to discuss. Could not have asked for a better service!

Removal of vehicle and provided courtesy car, this service was good. Fitted catalytic converter and carried paint work this was excellent. On the whole I was very pleased with the work and service. The thing some of covers in the bonnet was left in the car and not put back in place.

Work was completed on time and minor issue resolved immediately. Service was always polite and friendly.
