Had problems with our used motorhome but so pleased with the fact we had a warranty with it as all the repairs to date have been taken care of. Freindly staff and if possible some repairs can be carried out at your own home so no costly running back and forth.

If you go here for any sort of work on your motorhome be prepared to be ripped off. I was quoted £600+ (which included 5 hours labour at £78 an hour) for a job which another local Swift service centre did for just £230 in 2 hours!!!!

Disinterested dismissive and rude. Walked in with 60k burning a hole in my pocket and they treated us like we were an inconvenience on their day.

If you are taking your motorhomes or caravan in for service sometimes the parking can be a bit difficult. The staff in the sales and service are very polite and helpful and if you have problems with your unit they get it sorted out reasonably quick, depending on the time of the year, during spring and summer the seem very busy.

Have been very pleased with the dealings we have recieved from the Marquis team since purchasing our caravan four months ago from the sales to change over and the service department everything has been excellent.

Poor service, took our buccaneer in for service, they said it was only in for one day, eight days later we collected it. They found a fault, but no one told us about that, so I now have to take it to a PROPER CARAVAN SERVICE AGENT. My advice……..be aware!!!!!!

Visit was purely to catch up with colleagues

Probably a great place for motor homes but not so much for caravans. No clear place to park, no sales people to help, no shop, no clear indication of where to go. Spent half hour wandering around locked caravans and left.

Great service From LUKE came in to do the final paperwork on his day off very pleased with my Motorhome Handover by GAVIN explaining every detail on how everything works as this is our first motorhome Great company asset from both employee’s Thankyou Luke

Bought a caravan from marquis unfortunately had many problems but the staff in the service centre were brilliant, Steve, Becky and Eleanor were outstanding in finally getting the numerous problems sorted, nothing but praise for these people, many thanks.

Fair selection of motorhomes, new and used plus caravans but no accessory shop. New vehicles are mainly their own exclusive models.
