Not a good place for teens or anyone else . Staff are evil treating parents and patience like criminal’s. I had an horrible here , my mental health was getting worse in Dorothy Pattinson. But thanks to God I’m out of there.

In my experience, they book in important mental health assessments for you. Send a letter with a confirmation of the date. Then, typically, they’ll phone you a week before the appointment stating the doctor has cancelled the appointment 🙂 …

Absolutely awful!!!!!! I was supposed to have a home visit yesterday and the lady did not show and again today no show. Nobody calls you to tell you they won’t make the appointment and when you call them it’s just an apology there’s been some confusion. Not very professional absolutely shocking for a mental heating service.

It is a Mental Health Trust serving people of the Black Country. Open 24 hours with two in patient units but DOES NOT HAVE A&E SERVICES. Doctors and staff work really hard to help all patients struggling with mental health crisis. Excellent hospital.

Crisis team are a joke after having a baby and really struggling mentally feeling like a bad mom they made me feel worse

Constantly break promises of contact terrible service never give you help just basically stick a band aid on a problem until a real professional can be available

Lovley staff, Lovley patients, very secure hospital.

They lose all of your paperwork that you have had for years, absolutely pathetic I don’t trust any of them one bit
