Went for an x-ray on my hip and knee due to severe sciatica pain. Asked for help to get off the couch, so the radiography assistant pulled my leg to the edge of the couch then let it drop. My foot fell, knee folded – and I screamed with the pain. She seemed totally oblivious and uncaring. Awful experience

Went to Rowley hospital to visit a friend I was disgusted how some nurses don’t know how to help patients in there they have no idea how to use wheelchair to help patients .the one Sister who works there think she owns the place

Checked in at Reception easily and the same at Xray department. There wasn’t a wait so got seen straight away. The hospital itself wasn’t crowded.

Terrible blood taking. Retrain staff and perhaps teach them that xenophobia is not going to get them anywhere. Bruised arm and sore long after the appointment.

Been here many times, different departments. All good friendly staff, good waiting time. Best hospital i go to out of the three i attend.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff only down side I would say is the very long wait to have a blood test and it is not always easy to park sometimes it’s impossible to get a space and you have to wait for a long time

Reception…disgusted at behaviour.. I was put through to a ward.. nurse went to find out about my aunt…phone line went dead…called back no one answered…like to know how much staff is actually on..will enquire about particular day. If they answer…ever..

My 95 year old dad treated like a piece of meat. Absolutely disgusting. Have no idea how to treat a human being……

Forget trying to phone form another timezone.. The phone is NEVER answered in the evening 7 GMT or at night… EVER… Russell Hall you could call in the middle of the night and get put through to someone….

Re-ab for mom as good as it can be given mom’s 88 years old and is recovering from hip surgery.
