I had a gynae procedure performed by Miss Farah Lone. Her professionalism, skill, care and empathy were outstanding and made me feel I was in very safe hands. I would highly recommend Miss Lone to anyone in need of gynae surgery – she is one of the very best.

As a visitor to my wife i was not told about highly restrictive visiting times. Just one hour twice a day. I did a 60 mile round trip to be turned away as i was in between times. Not necessary to be so restrictive anyway

I was in as a day patient. The whole time I was there my care was with the same staff members. The treatment I received was outstanding. I would 100% recommend to anyone who needs treatment

personally I think all the work you guys do isn’t appreciated enough and I especially think that the nurses and odp’s don’t get paid enough for the time and effort and not to mention the amazing skill I hope someone higher up sees this and really does up your pay you lot deserve it ❤️

Beware, private healthcare has to be more than just having a private room. My experience of nurses & catering staff were nice and professional. Post-op physiotherapy and surgical outcome less so sadly. I know trades people have a saying …

Very nice staff very polite and respectful my specialist was very cheery and very helpful and the theatre staff got me through my procedure and it went smoothly would recommend this hospital any time

Had a procedure by Mr Will Faux and he made me feel reassured by explaining and even drawing a diagram. I can’t thank him enough, he has literally given me a life back. All the staff I encountered on my visits were wonderful. Thanks to all for your teamwork.

The nurses and X-ray department staff are good! Facilities are otherwise outdated. The consultants I saw were mostly arrogant with poor communication conducted by their “private secretaries”, who treat you with disdain if you dare to ask any questions. Not great.

Recently had a second hip operation at the Duchy hospital with Mr Mark Norton, an amazing surgeon with year’s of experience and knowledge.
I highly recommend him, such a kind surgeon who genuinely wants the best for you.

Awful experience. Mr Neil Tan completely ignored my condition. Didn’t provide any treatment. Ended up paying 450£ for nothing!!

My partner was given an appointment here as an NHS patient. The appointment time was 0900 and he eventually went in at 1010! No-one told us they were running late and no-one apologised for the delay…..this is unacceptable!

The consultant and all the staff where fabulous when I had my procedure there,
As I have had to come back a few times unexpectedly they really couldn’t do enough for me and I wish to thank the nursing staff for taking excellent care of me .

Send 2 emails regarding a paid private CT scan, 2 weeks later still no reply,

I didn’t think administration could be as bad as my local doctor but this was actually worse, at least they eventually returned calls. So poor, especially considering their rates.

Had an Angiogram at the Duchy last week (Sat) nurses and staff fantastic, thank you for your care, an excellent service.

Poor disappointing service. Will stay diplomatic on here. Sent an enquiry on their website about making a formal complaint. Couldnt even show their concerns and have the decency to reply. Not impressed!
