In a nut shell, smiling helpful, well trained staff, made my visit to the dental department an easy borderline pain-free experience. With the additional self guided history lesson thrown in, having strolled the historical C18th quarter with numerous beautiful statues and art work

You guys are amazing. Thank You for your care today, I was finally able to remove my infected molar tooth. The surgeon and nurse did it with sooo much care. Explaining each step one by one. Detailed. Informative & Clear communication.

I have a throat infection and arrived there on Saturday at 9pm. I’ve been dismissed saying that intense care closed at 8pm!!!! Shouldn’t a good service be available 24h?! I’m very disappointed as I need to look for another hospital nearby.
NCP parking just around the corner, quite helpful.
Visited dental surgery unit, quite professional and helpful.
Had 2 spinal epidural injections in 3 months for severe lower back pain. From the initial consultation with Mr Meyer to the many rigorous checks on the day of the injections I have received nothing but the best professional care, from the consultant to the admissions staff…

I’m 38 and on a waiting list for a MCL injury, I live in constant pain, every time I straighten my leg, I can’t walk some days and I’m stuck in bed or the sofa and dread getting up to the toilet. A year ago I was in the gym everyday and …
Two wonderful ladies, Magic Dentists, Miss Asya and Dr Pay (apologies if misspelled!), worked for a good 20 to 30 mins to extract a troublesome wisdom tooth. They were superfriendly and professional, making me feel relaxed during the intervention. Thank you wholeheartedly for your invaluable help!
whenever i have an appointment, it keeps getting cancelled also i never receive a text message so i come all the way there when i live 1 hour away. They need to fix up
They keep calling me out for Orthodontic consultations just to tell me, I have to wait longer for jaw surgery. It’s been 3-4 years. Absolute Joke. The NHS isn’t what it used to be. I’m looking at private options now both in the UK and abroad.
Lovely seated area and coffee shops while you wait for you appointment I have seen families meeting there and enjoying their day
After going to my dentist on numerous occasions this year with wisdom teeth complications and not having them extracted when they really needed to be, I got an emergency 111 appointment at Guy’s Hospital. …
Absolutely careless stuff, my partner with AXA private insurance medicine , had been treated completely by careless people, they do not even offer help to shower or anything after a mayor operation and cancer patient, disrespectful and totally careless nurses .
For 3 years I’ve been dealing with a mild, chronic case of pericoronitis. After switching dentists I was referred to Guy’s Hospital. The referral process took 3 months. Once I got my first visit, I got a CBCT scan and a second appointment …
Staff horrifically rude and slow in urgent care, despite only having one other patient in the waiting room (I assume others were in the process of being seen to). One woman in particular, around 60 with blonde hair, was very patronising and …
Very clean and well managed hospital with some very friendly nurses, doctors and administrators. Although this isn’t a local hospital for us, it is always a pleasure as the staff are so nice and helpful.

Absolutely amazed with how my surgery has gone so far thanks to Dr Paul Palmer and Vitor Neves. Fantastic teamwork making a complicated job feel very easy. Great experience and aftercare, cant wait for the next appointment. These guys really do not get the credit that they deserve, Well done.
why is it that the same telephone number that calls me from Guy’s Hospital when it’s for neurology they hear very well what I say and when it’s a dentist they can’t hear what I say and therefore hang up on me twice and so they don’t book …
In a sea of mediocrity, Guy’s Hospital’s Dental Department is arguably better than going private. Needed to go in for wisdom teeth extractions. The staff was incredibly understanding when I had to reschedule my appointment twice. Dr C …
From going to st Thomas’s hospital a couple of times with breathing issues
Suddenly got letters going to Guy’s hospital, roughly every 3 weeks with dates …
Worst hospital ever. They do not stick to their word, their service is awful, the dental department is awful. I’ve been waiting over ten months which was supposed to be 6 to 12 weeks wait.
I have to say a massive thank you to everyone, doctors and nurses who were looking after me this morning at Blundell ward. Very professional and very friendly, they make me feel confident from the first second I was there.
Good consultation but you go to the pharmacy in the hospital and its appalling, its very narrow and a triple line of people in the que all standing right next to eachother, I was told it was a 45 minute wait after a 2 hour session with …
24/7 Hospital with 24/7 AMT Coffee shop which makes fresh orange juice… Nice and warm with clean toilets

I had previously written a bad review based on my misunderstanding of communication between the ENT department and myself. However, this issue was rectified. …
It feels strange leaving a review of a hospital, but I have always found the staff here incredibly kind and helpful. As with many hospitals, the directions and wards can be a bit confusing, but staff have been very helpful with helping me find my way!
Can’t say I like it here as its a cancer center so it’s never ‘nice’ to be at a hospital getting bad news! However, it’s just like many hospitals big, ignorant n filled with people who need a GCSE in common sense! You book in down stairs …
I had to have a tooth extraction at the dental surgery. I am petrified of going to the dentist but felt at ease with the dentist who saw me, Dr Harshini Pindolia. She was amazingly calm and helped me to feel relaxed and had a pain free …
Based on a family member being admitted and her care. Appointment letters are last minute or after the appointment! The staff are brilliant but over worked and under staffed. Treatment and care are great but the hospital needs more staff.
Overall the hospital layout and environment is awful. The facilities are poor as there is only a small WH Smiths with a few M&S products inside. My sister went to A&E at St Thomas’; was then admitted for three weeks before being transferred …

I saw a senior consultant dermatologist who has many years of experience, for a condition I’ve had for over 10 years. I won’t name him as that’s probably a bit below the belt. He told me, literally in a few seconds, that my condition had …
Visited Urgent care because of serious pain in my stomach , specially kidney area. I arrived at 12.15 and waiting for 3hr 24 min n still waiting, asked the receptionist how long? He said 6 people ahead of me , counted 11 people passed through but I m still waiting. This review will be proof if I have serious trouble.
Have nothing but praise for Guys. Highly professional, efficient and caring. Had my flu jab and covid booster yesterday. Excellent as always.
I have no idea what their services are like, because I can simply not get in touch with them! I received a letter from their oesophageal lab claiming that they’ve tried to get in touch with me and that I need to get in touch with them …
Saturday eye clinic… it was quiet!
Guy’s hospital is one of the best if not the best hospital in UK. I have never seen or had any course to mark the place down. Top marks all over., top services, top medical and none medical staffs, top trust.
Just had a lung cancer operation. The staff on Dorcas Ward are wonderful. Can’t fault their professionalism and dedication from surgeons to housekeepers. Care has been top rate.
Avoid their Ear doctor. He doesn’t use anything to soften the wax prior to cleaning the ear.
Every other cleaning I have had before, they used some sort of oil prior to …
The hospital itself was fabulous and the care recieved also. The Lloyd’s pharmacy situated inside was absolutely shocking. We waited 60 mins for a prescription for penicillin. The pharmacist/assistants were very immature I was actually …
