Never been there before. Stratford minor injuries is closed on a Monday. So was advised that this one was the closest to where I work after Stratford. Beautiful place. Nurse Rowena was prompt and so polite and informative. Thank you Rowena.

I came in this morning with a minor eye problem and was sorted out within an hour. The staff and organisation could not be faulted. I’d go again, but hope not to have to!

I suffer with mental health quiet alot and I finally came for some help for self harm. I usually deal with my self harm at home. But today I go and the lady was rude and very annoyed with me. They don’t understand mental health and wasnt helpful. If anything they made me feel like i was in the wrong.

Went to the minor injuries and illness unit and the staff were honestly the most helpful and lovely people; a real credit to the NHS
The hospital was very clean and tidy too!

The treatment I received today was second to none, the nurses were outstanding at their jobs and don’t ever stop , God bless our NHS.
