Very poor service. First guy who turned up to do a repair was polite and professional and I was very impressed. The second guy who turn up a week later was a disgrace, rude, very unprofessional and has completely spoilt the image and respect I had for this company.
Flagship I phone this morning had to wait for 1 hour to report a repair
Had a very pleasant experience with Rosie from Flagship. The whole team were friendly but Rosie’s service has been exceptional. Rosie has been very accommodating and very responsive throughout the whole process – What an asset to Flagship Homes! Thank you Rosie.
