I am not happy with service in council they don’t come and see you only phone call if need send anything come to council to give it in i been going all last week drop document to council I ask staff to see some one she said you need make call .what is this i been calling all week no answer in temporary accommodation

Honestly speaking Walthamstow has the worst housing advice team, they are so rude and are very unprofessional, often they don’t even apologise for the way they speak to costumers and they are blunt and have annoying replies.

A lot of Really Poor Rude Staff, And Professionalism doesn’t exist! Take advantage of people’s lack of right and knowledge.

Self serving council. Not interested in the needs of it’s residents, ignore local opinion and treat its most vulnerable in an appalling manner.

Poor communication, tried emailing and calling, leave messages but no reply. Often don’t answer the phones and when finally do answer, it’s after waiting 20 minutes .
