Just had a lovely and very helpful lady called Leah on the phone from customer services. She has restored my faith in the council, she made a difference and went out of her way to help us. Thank you Leah!!

After a loss in the family due to them sending out wrong benefits form we were refused benefit. The stress you have caused are family is unacceptable and truly disgraceful, something I will never forget. Communication with this council is non existent and I would not recommend moving to Flintshire while this council still runs it.

Goodness me , you contact council offices reception and they go on the defensive when you ask them a simple question . Bad attitudes , not very helpful . If I ask how many people does the council chamber hold and the reception doesn’t know and gets defensive then I think they have a problem.

Most unhelpful people I’ve come across

They need to employ honest staff.

Charge plenty per month and can’t do repairs properly .

I have tried to contact the council on numerous occasions and the phone is never answered.
