I’ve been waiting nearly 4 years for the fence panels to be replaced…….numerous repair jobs logged for this, phone calls, emails, the surveyor has even measured it! I can’t imagine it would take 4 years to collect the rent though….

Lack of care towards vulnerable tenants. A mentally ill man left with out gas for 6 weeks. Public areas shabby and grubby despite a huge monthly service charge. Communal yard unclean and too few waste bins for the number of flats. Fire alarm left faulty and bleeping for weeks on end.

Mrs pickard is more bothered about going to watch cricket than running the place, also is hardly in the office. Other staff are great though. Mrs pickard has gone through a LOT of staff in a few years. Says it all for her management
