Lack of care towards vulnerable tenants. A mentally ill man left with out gas for 6 weeks. Public areas shabby and grubby despite a huge monthly service charge. Communal yard unclean and too few waste bins for the number of flats. Fire alarm left faulty and bleeping for weeks on end.

Mrs pickard is more bothered about going to watch cricket than running the place, also is hardly in the office. Other staff are great though. Mrs pickard has gone through a LOT of staff in a few years. Says it all for her management

Just had the rudest, most arrogant woman laugh down the phone at me and speak to me with the most disgusting attitude. If you hate your job that much and are unable to speak to customers with respect please find one outside of customer service.

Disappointed that an housing association in 20017 allows their tenants to live with unsafe doors, mold and have a heating system that is unaffordable!! People with disabilities and the elderly are going to bed and 8,00 at night to stay warm! And customer service is a joke!

Disappointed that it says open but there is nobody to answer the phone today. Is this a sign of the under-funded times that customer services is now a virtual office offering no assistance?

ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS. I would not recommend. Hope this company shuts down and every single worker gets sacked and is left on the dirty streets.
