The man that served me was very helpful and polite, he went and looked for my footwear promptly and even apologised for me not being informed that they were in store to collect. Once he had found them he opened them up to check they were correct items and informed me I could return them if any issues with them.

Was very disappointed, returning trainers for a refund to be told I was entitled 2 a refund but because I paid with cash my refund had 2 be cash, but no cash in til so unable 2 get a refund, had 2 make another journey 2 get a refund!

It maybe because I’m not in the right demographic, but I found the staff in this store to be unattentive and clothes prices to be extremely overinflated.

Guys in there were brilliant. So polite and helpful.

Found some CK shorts which were put on the wrong hanger costing 13.99 when taken to the till was told its the wrong hanger and although they do not need to honour this it is their mistake and the customer is always a right! Also a fan of the hoodrich range

I love there clothes and all but no trouser sizes for 6 ft or above. I am absolutely disappointed

Came in here for a boneless banquet and ended up leaving with a McKenzie hoody. Absolutely hate the brand McKenzie, I got brainwashed into buying it by your so called manager

Served by a lovely lady called Res, who despite it being busy, kept her cool and was still smiling and helpful.
