Hospital visit parking can be an issue but much better hospital than James Cook in my opinion

Easy to find the right department. Very well laid out, comfortable seats. There was a calmness as soon as you entered the building. As with all hospitals at present it is advisable to wear a face mask, & hand sanitise. Both were readily available on entery.

Visited the Surgical Admissions as a day patient @Mr. Saeed’s clinic. The staff,nurses, anaesthetists and consultant were extremely relaxed and supportive at every stage of the treatment I received. Excellent service NHS thank you….again

Very attentive to every need, and a free lunch if you’re in for treatment, even just for a couple of hours. Refreshments always available for a small donation.

This is a perfect example of how a hospital should be. Very friendly, great care and is ideally situated for the community.
They are doing some massive investment work which will hopefully secure this hospital for the future generations.

Friarage Hospital checked in today for operation , staff from reception to all nursing staff, anethatist , theater staff made my visit a brilliant expereance and the nurse that made me the cup of tea spot on , never had hospital tea that tasted so good .Gold award from me to you all . Thank you .

Excellent hospital, very friendly and professional staff, nothing was to much for them and I was never made to feel like a burden, the food was lovely and the whole hospital is very clean, I can’t praise it enough, thank you to all the staff on Gara ward for making my stay a lovely experience

Very good and experienced staff including the paramedics, seen to fairly quickly for A&E dept and grateful to all of them.

As usual, excellent friendly staff. Only real problem is lack of parking nowadays, but there is always the forum car park at the other side

I had to go here for x rays and tests and they were so fast I was able to be in and out during my work lunch hour – no waiting about at all.

Just been to the maternity day department and the staff there are just a joke the staff spent more time in the office drinking and chatting and playing with their hair as we had wasted 2 hours out of 3 hours, they don’t seem to care at all.

Although small this hospital is a great place. Just a shame the NHS keep cutting the services
