I ordered walking boots but they sent the wrong size so I had to return them. The purchase price was credited to me the the manufacturers would not reply to my request for a refund for the return postage incurred as it was not my fault and Go Groopie would not assist. Amazon honour any refund due if the manufacturer won’t.

Doesn’t have a contact phone number. Doesn’t respond when ordered aren’t delivered. It’s been over a month and I have emailed a lot of times but no luck on my refund. Bad customer service.

Never come across a company as bad as these muppets, never got my goods and can’t get through 2 them, trading standards are now involved so my advice is to talk to traders standards
