Golds Gym is a good gym as it’s very clean has friendly workers and trainers, all of the machines that are used to work out with are also very good. The swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna are all very clean all of the facilities are magnificent, I recommend golds gym to anyone.

Gym, swim, sauna and steam at an amazing price. The functional area has improved a lot over the last years and I being able to bring my son to swim at certain times too is a nice little perk.

Gold gym in harrow is the best gym in our local because of all the facilities and respectful staff and I’m recommended to everyone to join gold gym in harrow.

The gyms got a brilliant set up in terms of weight lifting, cardio machines, great classes that we can attend to for free. I also love the swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna which is essential for relaxation. It is definitely worth the price.

I join Gold gym in Harrow for almost 2 months and absolutely delighted with all the facilities they had, especially i can take my son as well with me for swimming, whilst i can relax in the jacuzzi or sauna.

Way too many benches, NO seated calf and hack squat machines, as well as only one power rack. Buzz gym better is terms of machine variety.

My favourite place however the music is extremely loud which is the reason I and my friends would leave it if they consider that will increase the number of members otherwise members will leave the gym only for loud music which is extremely disturbing.

Dumbbells go up to 60kg. Pool is heated, 1.2m deep end to end. Not too overcrowded like cheaper gyms. Could do with another lat machine and one or two power cages.

Great value Gym with pool steam sauna and one of the biggest jacuzzis you will find. Gym equipment is pretty good. It’s in the old Granada Cinema and is a listed building with the original Wurlitzer organ on display so it’s a unique setting for your workout.

It’s a well equiped gym with many different classes such as Yoga, Pilates, Different style Aerobics, Body conditioning, Swimming, Zumba,….and many more.The teachers and trainers are superb…It’s open 7 days a week and cater to different tastes and styles.

Golds Gym Harrow is an amazing place to workout and the staff are super helpful, encouraging, and friendly. Their variety of group classes are challenging and fun. The pool/spa area is always kept clean and is the perfect tonic after a good workout. By far the best value for money compared to gyms with similar facilities in the area.

Best gym, with required equipments and good staff

The equipment is basic can’t complain as for the sauna Steam or jacuzzi. Always expect one to be out of order for weeks at a time. Staff are very polite but quality is going downhill
