Write a ReviewThis is a nicely located coffee shop , probably the best out of what’s available in this neighborhood, the staff are kind and the service is very good , maybe understaffing slows the order, the choice of coffees are good , the place have …
Really lovely staff who always help me out with what I need to know for allergens. The girl with the bright hair knows a lot about coffee and you can tell she’s passionate about it when you ask her questions. …
Incredibly hard working staff that deal with impatient customers with grace. Have come here 3x a week for two months now and love getting to know the baristas. A little kindness goes a long way here :). keep it up- we customers appreciate you! More
This place has been refurbished just before Xmas and is incredibly dirty. It has been for sure weeks in this stage. Especially the toilet is insanely dirty. You can see dirt everywhere. I couldn’t say enough to explain. …
Their Ethiopian coffee is the most delicious blend I’ve ever had and I’m always welcomed with a smile by all the lovely staff at this branch. Jonny is always doing what he can to ensure my colleagues and I needs are always met.
Terrible. Only Soya and Oat alternatives to milk. No consideration for people that suffer with allergies. How they don’t have almond milk is beyond me. When I mentioned this to the barista, she argued with me. Nice branding, but lacks any substance, certainly not better coffee.
Lovely coffee shop right next to imperial wharf station. The staff are always super friendly and love dogs too which is a bonus for my partner and I. They serve a great chai latte! More
I love harris and hoole imperial wharf! great iced coffees and lovely, really kind staff. also very dog friendly!! I wish they had matcha on their menu though so if management is reading this please could you put some matcha on your menu!! More
Good choice of hot and cold drinks. Not too many food options for vegans though. Good location, right near to Imperial Wharf station.
I had an Oat Latte, which was delicious, a Vegan Meatball Wrap, which was nice but was meant to be heated and only a fraction of it was actually hot. Also a Vegan banana & chocolate cake, which was gorgeous 😋 …
Speciality Coffeeshop in Imperial Wharf.
Some local people don’t understand what quality is. Coffee is great, service is modified for the “great local people” who like to complain about everything. …
Amazing Frappuccino’s and customer service. The cheese toasty is to die for. More
Busy coffee place near Imperial Wharf station. Friendly staff. Enjoyed my coffee. More
Great service and speedy drinks + food, will come here again
Place was okay. Nothing special. We ordered macchiato and hot chocolate. The macchiato was not mentioned as a shot only to me when ourchasing. May give them a try again if I’m in town on other items to see if they rank better.
I had a great time in this cafe. Close to the over ground station. It’s a very busy location, and after having a latte you can see why. One of the best latte’s I’ve had in London. …
Nice place to have breakfast. They have nice coffee and breakfast.
Don’t bother ordering different coffees here, they all come out the same.
Want a cappuccino, here’s a latte. Ordering a flat white? Here’s another latte. …
This place has lots of potential but unfortunately there is a lot to improve. Location is great and it has a nice atmosphere. Decent variety of food but coffee could be better. …
Awful coffee made by baristas that don’t care. More
The coffee is decent and the staff very kind and helpful.
It’s super overpriced, and despite the price they run out of cinnamon and don’t …
Great place for everyone, will like to see more food options. More
Had the worst service ever, the man making the coffee was so grumpy, asked for extra oat milk but only got a drop then asked for honey and he just pointed at the honey. Later he came over to clear my table and I said thank you but he just ignored me and walked off! Never coming back again. How can you make customers feel like that?
Before was so good with 2 Italian barista. But now the girl batista are so lazy and tastes of coffee not good at all how you can make coffee without coffee 😔 hot chocolate only milk inside omg terrible. This coffee shop will survive because it only one coffee shop around here. …
I met a friend there and this isn’t 1 st time to there. Coffee is nice , but tablets are bit dirty and sticky, seems no one clean it, the chairs not clean as well
As a regular customer I have always enjoyed this cafe. The staff have always been very friendly and polite. They work hard to cope with high demand. Their coffee is one of my favourite in London. Big thanks.
The cafe is always dirty and the coffee is subpar
Coffee is always really tasty. It has become my go to coffee shop for my daily fix. Just had a proper cheese toastie which is even more amazing then the coffee. …
Decent coffee, however pastries can be a few days old. Recently, sales assistant misheard me and jumbled my order. When asked to correct, he responded in a rude condescending tone and did not correct the order. Felt that this was unnecessary, considering that I’m a regular customer. Disappointed.
This place is missing a massive trick with opening hours that defy belief! People will gladly go to a coffee shop at 9pm at night? yet why does it shut super early in the evening? It’s on a terrific catchment area but the pastries run out or look dried out by 11am! Please review your opening hours!
Deserves the full 5.
Really good coffee and you can get a bite to eat if you want, it’s definitely all about the hot drinks though. …
Over priced terrible coffee. This coffee places are all the same: trying to be fancy with couple of nice furniture and lantern then they increase the prices. Anyone ever thought about actually give some good quality coffee?or nice and polite service?na?
Just been to the coffee as a regular customer, and was sold a muffin and croissant that was at least two days old. Called to the coffee and was told they do not keep food over night. OK, I asked where do they get the muffin and croissant, …
Friendly team and delicious coconut latte.
Worst chai latte i I’ve ever had – extremely overpriced for the quality offered
Not a bad place to grab a coffee, but I have had far better Americanos. Did buy a soft drink once which was very overpriced considering that it taste no different to Robinsons squash. …
Flat white was really nice, but like the front of many hospitality jobs these days, neither of the two blokes working there said a word to me when serving me. How hard is it to say Hello/What would you like?/Thanks a lot/See you later ? Can’t be that miserable.
Great coffee, paperless loyalty card system, quick service, and free WiFi, though the size of the place is a bit of a let down. It tries to be cosy, but has generous amounts of natural light which- while pleasant- ruins the effect.
i enjoy coffee at this shop. i really like it.it’s better if there have more plugs to laptops and phone. friendly staff make the place more pleasant. i hope they will improve more facilities in future.
Good quality coffee prepared and served by friendly staff More
Big space, clean and amazing coffee , service is great. The only reason i gave 3stars rather than 5, is the food. Not many options, and the pastry is always finished early.
Great place in chealsea to grab a coffee and get on wifi. Clean restrooms
Good location and staff but not that great service
Good coffee nice service
Sadly can’t do a half star….. we liked the teapots we didn’t like the the fact that the chap had very long pony tail flapping around (no hair net) but worse still was that he didn’t wash his hands after going to the loo (we were sitting next to the loos). For that reason alone, we won’t go back.
Good coffee and sandwiches. Service is a bit chaotic. The tables don’t seem to get cleaned very often and there is food all over the floor.
Best place to sit and have coffee in Chelsea. More
Found a vacant table , once seated realised it was next to the khazi. Constant queue as I sipped my coffee. What some fella done in there was a crime against humanity. God only knows what he’d eaten. Yuck.
Really nice coffee shop with a good selection of food. The staff are friendly and the coffee itself is excellent
Best coffee in London, very cozy place and usually very friendly staff. Used to work cross the road and grew very attached to h+h network, all other cafes are very good as well.
Great coffee, very good service. However almost all the savoury food had cheese in them.
Great atmosphere but ordering system clearly isn’t working. People just taking random orders, waited over 10 minutes and still didn’t get a coffee as had to leave.
Great little coffee shop, ok food but man do I wish the dude with the pony tail would pipe down every now and then! nothing shatters the peace of a weekend morning coffee like the random yelling, warbles of the pony tail man!
Decent coffee but it was burnt a little. Some of the fridge products were expired.
Decent hot chocolate, great service team. Toilet too close to seating area. Ended up running to the park to finish my drink
Good coffee. Good music. Great vibes. Great place to come and chill, read or do a bit of work. Oh and friendly staff
Weak coffee, overpriced More
Great coffee, nice staff. Food is not so great.
Nice and rich chocolate muffin. So so bacon roll and two good Americanos
Very polite service.
Great local coffee place. Nice people, nice snacky food. Indoor and outdoor seating right by Imperial Wharf station.
Close to the Double Tree in Chelsea. Our worst customer service in two weeks in the UK. Told us we were ordering too much for breakfast and that next time we should go to McDonald’s for breakfast. Unbelievably rude.
Fab coffee, disappointing food offering in that there is not much. The sausage ciabatta was good though. Coffee excellent
Good coffee and sandwich. Floor full of food, tables have not seen a wipe for some time, too. Staff chaotic.
Nice coffee and grabbed 5 minutes before heading to the train station across the road. Nice staff, very pleasant.
Coffee!… staff are nice, I can’t say there’s plenty seat because there isn’t but around imperial wharf station there isn’t another cafe in sight… so this one it is then
Very slow to make a cup of coffee. This seems to be acceptable these days. Why does it take the BARISTAS so long to do a simple thing.
Great service, if a bit too relaxed! Great food! Great coffee. Quirky decoration.
Too small, not enough seating. We left before we could order, thankfully. The inside was a mess and the tables outside were covered with cigarette butts and packets.
If I’ll say that they make the best Mocha that I have ever drunk all around the world, would you believe me???? Please prove me wrong if so!!!
Best coffee I have ever had in London. With the BEST staff.
Nice lattes. Creamy and not bitter. Better than a chain coffee shop.
Best coffee in town but could do with better option of breakfast / foods.
Great place, friendly staff. Orders sometimes get a little jumbled in the busy part of the morning though.
An pleasure to have an espresso with this guys…thanks. very good
Good tea
Lovely ambiance
Cramped, complicated, fussy. If this place was any more Chelsea, the staff would be diving all over the place and they’d be sponsored by Yokohama Tires.
My favourite coffee shop in london! Much better flavour than SB.
Great coffee but turn your air con off, it’s January!!
Nice coffee, but limited gluten-free options other than fruit.
Nice staff, unfortunately they are slow and you don’t want to miss your train. The food could be better.
