Being a volunteer litter picker I often have to put in a request for it to be collected. Trying to get through online is usually hopeless. Today (Bank Holiday) the website says they are open. Perhaps someone should tell them they are not. I shall phone up tomorrow when the lady there organises everything well.

Tried for a number of days to make an appointment for the tip online wish no luck. The tip is outside and the skips separated so why with the restrictions lifted on covid can they not reopen as normal with some restrictions in place but not having to make an appointment
