Being a volunteer litter picker I often have to put in a request for it to be collected. Trying to get through online is usually hopeless. Today (Bank Holiday) the website says they are open. Perhaps someone should tell them they are not. I shall phone up tomorrow when the lady there organises everything well.

Poor customer service skills no staff, bins get missed regularly

Absolute shocking been on the phone 20 minutes trying to contact council tax round and round and round in circles absolute garbage of a service

I’ve recently had dealings with Hartlepool Borough Council regarding an issue with the purchase of a property and was dealt with by Lorraine Bennison. I would just like to thank her for her help. If everyone was as helpful, efficient and friendly as her things would certainly be alot easier in life.

High council tax. Recycling by appointment only five days a week. Streets full of litter and weeds. Not good enough.

Tried for a number of days to make an appointment for the tip online wish no luck. The tip is outside and the skips separated so why with the restrictions lifted on covid can they not reopen as normal with some restrictions in place but not having to make an appointment

Should have had brown bin emptied today, another no show even though the council calendar said otherwise, this isn’t the first time this has happened this year! Brown bin collections are very unreliable these days!

The council seem to have a do not reply and it will go away policy. if you are trying to contact someone about a complaint you will probably be wasting your time.

Still waiting on a response from a complaint about one of their health services in hartlepool which was made in Dec 2020…twice I have to add as well. No one is listening no one cares. Why am I paying for a service that doesnt deliver?

Excellent communication, staff are friendly and helpful.

Booked a Regestrar and was very swift and efficient.

About as much use as a chocolate fireguard. Asking them a basic question seems to rattle them and they never phone back.

Stil waiting for my bin to be emptied from 30th dec on phone for half hour and still no1 answered or messenger appauling service!!
