Write a ReviewExcellent service on 19/1/23. Came in with suspected broken wrist which was confirmed by X ray.Wrist plastered and I was out in 2 hours-and this on a day when many nurses on strike. God bless the NHS.
i recently needed a blood test, i was extremely nervous as i have a needle phobia. both nurses were brilliant, both very patient and helped me get it done.
They got the best health care assistants my favourite is Rafal L. Hard so he literally deserves for promotion and pay rise.
My wife was having a asthma attack after Covid walked into the minor injuries unit only to be told they had no facilities for dealing with her, and she would have to drive to Guildford in the middle of an asthma attack Will be definitely taking this matter further probably be better off seeing the local witch doctor
Had to visit the minor injuries unit today, the receptionist was extremely welcoming and kind. The nurse Charlotte was hostile and rude and it was really disappointing.
I had to visit the Haslemere minor injuries yesterday at very short notice and I would like to say how impressed I was with the service and attention I received. Everything ran smoothly and very few other people waiting very long to be seen. Staff were very friendly and cheerful. A very good system, thank you all very much.
Elizabeth ward does not communicate with other departments physiotherapy, physiotherapy says one thing sister on the ward says another , totally unorganised and its not as if they are rushed of their feet.
Whilst I appreciate that there has been a global pandemic staff were dismissive of the needs of the person I attended minor injuries with, who needed a carer to attend with them. Sadly, this is not an isolated incident and puts me off seeking medical attention. Not all NHS staff are as s caring as they should be
For Outpatient appointments, bear in mind that your letter will give you the postcode for the health centre and inpatient services off Church Lane. You actually need the entrance off Beech Road GU272BX. If you go into the Church Lane end it …
Very unprofessional, not helpful, don’t know the use of technology. Advice the medicine at this hospital and ask me to take that medicine from Royal Surrey pharmacy Guildford. That pharmacy not giving the medicine because they treat me as inpatient. Came back to Haslemere hospital and now they are sending me back to my GP.
Staff at this unit were nothing but professional and tolerant and patient. It was so busy but they dealt with everyone fairly although they definitely could do with more nurses and this isn’t a complaint or reflection of the staff. But they clearly need some help. They need more funding.
Every time I’ve visited Haslemere Hospital, for my daughters fractured wrist in minor injuries or for an appointment for myself, the care we’ve received has always been excellent.
Got there 5 minutes before appointment at 11,Offered hand sanitizer on way in,limited seating and social distancing, seat wiped down after use, went in to see consultant at 11.05,he told me everything about my up coming procedure on my knee,I …
Really good experience with the blood test dept. Great to have this service in Haslemere.

I worked at this hospital many years ago, 1990-1991, lovely hospital, so pleased it is still open
