Came to the hospital yesterday for mum for her ct scan saw two lovely radiographers who looked after mum and put her at ease what a fabulous hospital as well spocklessly clean walked past a beautiful garden. She will have radiotherapy in a couple of weeks and am sure they will do the same. The department was easy to find two.

What is the point of having appointment times when every time I have to attend clinic you do not get seen at that time stated, several times I have waited over 2 hours, only a blood test today and now approaching an hour wait. Very poor organisation, NHS needs to improve dramatically.

The Christie Hospital is a great place for patients, with their support workers and nurses providing a great service to people in need. From what I have seen and heard, their staff get treated terribly, especially by senior management, anyone above a band 7 seems to think they are better than anyone else and power hungry.

Truly awful. Urgent treatment promised 2 months ago and not happened yet with no explanation as to why other than ‘we have a long waiting list’. Cannot express how appalled we all are and if this is a leading cancer hospital I would hate to be referred to a ‘none-leading’ one. One star is one too many.
