Awful company, be careful of their latest money making scheme. They will look for slightest mistake in your policy (mine was car purchase date – I was early by one month) and then charge you £30 admin fee to change it. Disgraceful tactics, won’t be insuring with them again.

On the phone for only 5 minutes and 57 seconds, and that’s with 3 minutes of speel about different products at the start.
